This Services Package Includes:

• Complimentary initial consultation with wedding planner.
• Wedding planner works with bride and groom to provide a timeline, a budget, vendor referrals, menu design, floral and lighting consultation, gift selections and resort accommodations.
• Schedule and provide itinerary of meeting with vendors, cake and menu tastings, and floral and lighting consultations.
• Review and negotiate all details of the contracts.
• Collaborate with the bride, groom and officiate on wedding content.
• 10 days prior to the wedding, bride, groom and planner will meet to finalize and validate week of wedding itinerary.
• Accompany bride to final bridal gown fitting, for bustling instructions.
• Planner will be present at wedding rehearsal, with an itinerary of the wedding party, and highlights of the ceremony.
• The wedding planner and team will arrive early on the wedding day, to ensure that all details are flawless.
• The planner will remain onsite until the end of the reception, ensuring that every aspect runs impeccably.
• A final walk-through is conducted with vendors.

This services package includes:

• Manage and direct the setup & design of the ceremony and reception
• Placement of all table favors, guest book, place cards and other ceremony and reception special details as directed
• Orchestrate the events at the reception, including but not limited to, the wedding party introductions, first dance, band or DJ instructions, cake cutting, etc.           
• Your consultant will remain on site until the end of the reception to ensure that personal items: toasting glasses, guest book, cake knife and server, picture frames, cards and gifts, etc. are secured with designated person
• A final walk through is conducted with vendor
